The softball field is located just south of the Clark Jr/Sr High School, off North Clinton Street. This field is "home base" for the softball leagues and the 14 & Under baseball programs.
Dickinson Park is home to Clark's own amateur baseball league, the Clark Traders, and the local Teener & Legion baseball leagues. The park includes a playground, concession stand, restrooms and showers. In 2014, we added a new play system at the park. Bring your kids and check it out!
In 2014 -2015, the Clark Rotary Club gave the baseball field a makeover with new infield grass, irrigation lines, bleachers and sidewalks leading to the concessions. We have one of the best fields in the great state of South Dakota.
There are four campsites available with full hookups: electricity, water and sewer. Camping is on a first come, first serve basis. Reservations are not taken. Cost is $20/night using the on-site payment drop box. The park is located just north of Highway 212 on Kansas Street. Dump stations are conveniently located across the street. Also known as Memorial Park, this park is located at the corner of Highway 212 and Commercial Street. The Charters of Freedom monument was dedicated on Veteran's Day of 2018. This beautiful addition was the work of our local American Legion. Stop by and enjoy it!
The Horace Bennett Swimming Pool and Park is one of the largest outdoor pools in the state. Family and individual passes are available and can be purchased at the pool. Red Cross swimming lessons are also available. Please contact the pool at 532-3155 for more information. The pool is located at 326 3rd Ave. NW. Pool hours are 1-5 and 6:30 - 8:30 pm daily during the summer. Designated adult only swim is from 5:15 to 6:15 pm.
A large park adjoins the pool. It offers a playground and picnic shelters that are available on a first come, first serve basis.
