Visit Clark's Financial Hub at 120 N. Commercial St. in the Ullyot Building. Drop your utility bills 24/7 at our east entrance drop box. We handle permits, utility setups, community room bookings, and more.

The Office Staff

Deputy Finance Officer April Fitzgerald & Finance Officer Rae Jean Flora who can be reached at (605) 532-5665. Also in the picture is Tyler who is one of the city's Public Works employees & of course, we can't forget Bella, the office dog/greeter.

City Team at Your Service

 

City Staff report to the Mayor and City Council. Our maintenance staff can be reached by leaving a message with the Finance Office.

Darin Altfillisch is the Public Works Supervisor and is in charge of all city maintenance. He is assisted by Tyler Silkman and Jimmie Mora.

Police Chief Jeremy Wellnitz and Officer Nate Nickeson can be reached at (605) 532- 3112. Dial 9-1-1 for emergencies.

The Clubhouse at the golf course is managed by Tammy Rusher, along with Sherri Daniels, who is the golf club kitchen manager. They can be reached at 605-532-5871. Link to the Golf Course to learn more.
