City Ordinance limits a resident to owning 3 pets. Licenses are required. Licenses can be purchased at City Hall for $5 per animal per year.
Building permits are required when adding any type of structure to your property, excluding new roofs, siding and windows.
Clark follows the International Property Maintenance Code to enforce the upkeep of properties.
City Council agendas are posted 24 hours prior to the scheduled meeting.
Public Input is on every city council agenda. However, state code requires that an item needing action or approval must be posted on the agenda.
